It’s been over a month since anyone posted on the CF site. Where is everyone? I had assumed that with the release of a new game we’d all be posting madly and jamming like crazy but the game seems to have had the opposite affect. I’m playing a lot but most of it is solo or with the local band – really missing online Expert jams.
Has the new game had a negative effect on people’s playing or is it just taking up too much of your time to post here?

I'm surprised at the lack of posting too, but I am just as guilty as everyone else. Oddly, I really haven't played as much as I figured I would...partly due to back problems and not being able to sit and drum for any length of time. I've been playing more, finally playing online for the first time just a few weeks ago.
If you see me on, hit me up...or if you are trying to organize a jam, just send me a message letting me know when and I'll gladly partake.

I'm not as surprised as I am disappointed. I sort of lost interest as I noticed a slow decline in participation on instrument challenges and an unsuccessful attempt on my part at bringing in new blood from the RB forums. I still play RB3 2-4 hours nightly, but it's rare that I've been able to jam with freddies. The only Freddy I've jammed with recently is Star, but she doesn't even post much any more. Haven't seen Cherry on in quite some time. Definitely miss the jams too! The concept behind the Camp Freddy site is brilliant, but without new people registering on a regular basis to take advantage, I think it's time to stick a fork in it and shut it down.

For a bit there I felt like I was the only one posting so I slowed down as I don't want to come across as a post whore. I've been fairly busy with work and haven't been playing RB as much as I have wanted to as well. I also think I burnt myself out when the game was released as I started grinding for scores on Keys and Guitar.
I loved all the challenges Camp Freddy had to offer but as Chuck mentioned, participation seemed to have died off. I'm still always game for a Freddy Jam though.

It is a shame - I haven't jammed much online recently because I rarely jam with anyone but Freddys and it's rare to find them online (admittedly I am in a different timezone), but as VW says without new people signing up and an active message board to encourage them then it's difficult to see this as active. We tried revamping the challenges but when I used new songs almost no scores wwere posted and when I use old ones I suspect the scores on there were ones that had been there for a while. No idea what to do - but I do hope I can jam with you guys online again soon I've been playing a lot with my local band and the Queen and Bee Gees harmonies are the most fun I've ever has from RB. My girlfriend has taken to playing Expert keys and so there is a lot of local jamming going on here just not so much online - which is a shame, I miss those mighty expert full band scores.

Happy New Year Freddies!!! I miss jamming alot. I took some time off but I might start jamming more frequently. My life/living situation doesn't really give me the time or space I need to really rock out like I used to. I'm glad to see that you guys are still around. Let's keep Freddy alive!!!
