I am from Sweden and have ordered some stuff from Rockbandparts.com
- International shipping (up to 5 weeks) - Email answers (1-2 business days)
Ok after 9 weeks i send a email to them and wondered where my things are? 1 week later i got a answer, its not shipped yet as you must confirm your address. (I didnt got any mail about that where i can confirm)
So I confirmed my address in a mail, and after another 2 weeks... no answer so i send a new mail to 2 different emails. another week and no answers. They have my money from day 1
Anyone know anything about this company? And what shall I do know? Its hard as im in Sweden.

Wow...this doesn't sound like rbp.com's usual way they handle business. Ryan, the founder is usually very solid with getting back to customers that email customer service. I do know that their email system was down for about a week, but is back up and running now. I have ordered a handful of things from them and never had any problems, but then again, it was not an international shipment.
I would just keep trying email...or you can try sending Ryan a message directly through youtube on his rockbandparts channel.
A lot of the products on rbp.com ship directly from the manufacturer or other dealer and not from Rockbandparts, so hopefully you can figure out where the disconnect is.
