Looking through the leaderboards yesterday it brings up all the bands run by people on your friends list which got me wondering which bands everyone runs and what they use them for.
We All know the various ”Freddy” bands such as mine (“Jim’s Fred Phobia”). But what others do you have.
I also run “Yellow Food Phobia” which used to be mainly three players from the UK but the other two never really play any more so now it’s really a solo band.
I also run “Hand in the Fridge..!” which is a local band made up of me, a friend from work on vocals, a guy I’ve known since I was 10 on bass and another friend on guitar. They come over once a month and we rock out – we play a variety of difficulties as none of them are Expert players and I even play some guitar or bass or vox when someone else wants to drum.
So what bands does anyone else run?

taming hopoppamus I think it how its spelled is my solo band, 2nd hand smoke is a band that I started but the other 3 members don't play anymore, and lately its been hard for me to get a group of people to play with me in this band. and dead mans hand is our main band for getting high scores but been a while since we play that as well.

My regular band is Celtic Aggression with a couple other Freddy members (plus whoever we can get to join us!), but I don't know if it's considered a Freddy band because of the name not having Camp or Freddy in it. We actively seek high scores and check our stuff on Keldon's.
I've had a few other bands too that I've created, but those are mostly just solo (siri) or with my kids (mesivenek / eternal eclipse) - and these aren't bands that are striving for high scores or anything.

I usually only play Solo Quickplay or Online Tour mode with other bands so the few bands I have on my system aren't very impressive. I don't even think my best one breaks the top 50,000.
Kirath is the account I first started with. I have the ability to the final Rolling Stones setlist thinger, but I have yet to finish the game on my own system. I've done it a few times with others online though. Still a long ways away from being able to do the ESL. The name is stolen from Dragonlance and was a name I used for a Clan I formed in an online game I played ages ago..... I am a nerd
Revenge of Vishnu is another one that is only used when my bud from out of town came over or when I brought my system to his place. He has since bought his own PS3 so I'll likely delete it soon. The name was inspired by my friend's daughter as she was walking around with two drum sticks in each hand and banging on everything with them.
Fart-Tacular is my last band which I had previously used for online tour mode only. The name was made while partying with friends and meant to be a little silly. It was my non-serious band where I didn't care what difficulty people played on.

The name is stolen from Dragonlance Ah Saccian, Dragonlance, now you’re talking. I must have read the Chronicles and Legends about 5 or 6 times when I was younger. I have three copies of each now – original paperback collected editions. Collected annotated versions and the new individual hardback ones. I still haven’t got round to reading the Lost Chronicles yet although I have bought them. I was thinking af reading the whole lot again and reading them at the appropriate points. My best friend named his second daughter "Kitiana" after "Kitiara Uth Matar" from the books.

I just have my solo band "Disturbing Behaviour". Yes, I am that obsessed with Disturbed, (and I liked the movie too). My younger bro and I have "Testostrogen" on the 360.

Freddy Band: "Freddy Got Fingered" Non-Freddy Band: "Dirt 'stache"
But I generally play online BQP to give everyone a chance to pick songs, as I'm generally uncomfortable being the one who picks songs that pleases everyone. It's also rare that I play in a full band as it's hard to find people these days.
