Apparently Abbey Road isn't being released in the EU PS3 store until a week today. Is it there in the US or is this a Worldwide delay?

my ps store doesn't work until late thurs night now for some reason, it used to be 6 est on the dot but for the last month it sometimes does not show up until 10 or friday morning.

Finally got Abbey Road and now the Beatles Rock Server has been down since Thursday so I can't play it online. This only seems to affect people who have bought Abbey Road and are outside the US weirdly.
